Two-night minimum on all Weekend Stays
1 night available on Sunday – Thursday
Off-peak: Jan-April, Sept-Dec (excludes spring-break & holidays)

Peak Season: May-Aug (two night minimum)
3 night minimum on holidays and spring break
Rates are based on double occupancy.

The Falls and the Clear Water log home have a maximum capacity of 8.
The Cozy Cabin maximum is 2.
Cabins have occupancy limits; there is a $25.00 per person charge up to maximum occupancy

Weekly and monthly rates are available.
Reunions and clubs are welcome.
Stay six nights and receive and additional night free!

Reservations, Check In & Policies
We accept MasterCard and Visa. We also accept Discover and American Express.

Deposit: A deposit equal to one night lodging is requires at time of reservation.
Your balance due will be charges 30 days before arrival.

Cancellations: Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date are fully refundable less a $50.00 service fee. If you should cancel your reservation within less than 30 days of your expected arrival, your payment will be refunded to you less a $50.00 service fee if, and only if, the property you reserved is rebooked for the same dates. If it is not rebooked, your entire payment is non-refundable. Refunds will be made by check or credit card to your bankcard account. Sorry, cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Standard Security Release Form:
All properties require that a standard security release form be completed, signed with a hand-written signature and returned to Hill Country Premier Lodging within two business days from booking date. Guests making a reservation less than 48 hours from their arrival date must get the rental agreement to us prior to check-in. Guests booking multiple properties are required to send a completed rental agreement for each property booked. The forms will be emailed to you with your confirmation on the day of your booking. If you do not receive them the day you make your reservation please check your “Spam” folder. If you still have not received the email please call us immediately. If we do not receive your signed agreement form within the allotted time frame Hill Country Premier Lodging reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

Check in: 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Check out: 11:00 a.m. Please notify us if a late check-in is required. Guest who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to the cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due on their reservation. This is a non-smoking facility. No pets allowed at Cozy or the Falls Log home. Clear Water is the only cabin that is pet friendly with a $25.00 per night pet fee.

Cabin’s @ Smith Creek are A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
If you choose to smoke in the room, a $500.00 comprehensive fee will be assessed.
